Will there ever be privacy issues or compliance problems?

None. PODD has never been involved in any data-compromising problems and makes sure that new processes are always incorporated to avoid a potential situation. Any contractors and resources under PODD who have access to your information also have effective security precautions when handling information.

How much control do I have over a project?

You have full control of the project regarding what your needs are for the final product. Reports and progress shall be given at your discretion. You may manage your team fully or have PODD assign a Project Manager to work on your behalf.

What is PODD’s commitment to the partnership?

Based on the needs of your project, PODD will make sure to:

• Recruit all suitable resources
• Provide the location, computers, and system for the project
• Provide high bandwidth Internet and Communication lines
• Prepare and pay the staff salaries and provide office benefits
• Manage all local tax issues
• Handle staff administration and supervision
• Provide all necessary agreed upon reports regarding your project

What are your payment terms?

To have a dedicated team start working with your project, PODD requires a 30% deposit of the engagement cost prior to the start of work. This is returnable to the client and can also be credited against unbilled hours upon turnover or completion of your project.

For a project commitment 3 months and below, PODD will require a 50% deposit of the engagement cost prior to the start of work. Remaining fees will be collected at month’s end and distributed according to the duration of the engagement agreement.

The remaining cost is billed on the first week of each month following the billing period. An interest rate of 10% per month will be added to all outstanding payments.
