Game Producer
Job Description
- Responsible for driving game development projects from initial concept, to development and live deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implements scope of work within timeline and quality standards;
- Manages a game development team composed of artists, designers, programmers, QA engineers, depending on production phase;
- Builds positive relationships with key customers; acts as a link between the development staff and the publisher or executive staff;
- Oversees creative (art and design) and technical development (game programming) of the game;
- Manages change requests, balancing priorities, schedule and budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience as game producer;
- Preferably with technical background in game development for different platforms: PC, Mac, Web/Flash, or mobile (iPhone and Android);
- Undying enthusiasm for game development, and the talent to lead equally enthusiastic team-members in a fast shifting marketplace;
- Independent and has initiative to seek out tasks. Finds better ways to increase productivity personally as well as for the team;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate ideas effortlessly to all concerned.
Project Manager
Job Description
- Plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines, within budget, and using available resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains project plans according to client specifications; communicates tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation;
- Utilizes software life-cycle methodology. Coordinates delivery of development (beta) and production releases while meeting timeline and quality standards;
- Assists technical and testing team in design and development tasks and in creating test plans and testing efforts.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of thorough working knowledge on project management processes and methodologies, direct application and implementation to the projects, and interfacing with clients and developers;
- Must have a basic understanding of HTML, PHP, Web Design, usability, SEO, CMS, content;
- At least 2 years of thorough working knowledge on project management processes and methodologies, direct application and implementation to the projects, and interfacing with clients and developers;
- Has the ability to coach, mentor, train and lead personnel within a technical team environment and in a project leadership relationship;

iPhone Developer
Job Description
- Develops applications and games for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and porting applications for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices;
- Evaluates the scope of functional requirements and helps the business team in estimating project costs;
- Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of iPhone applications;
- Works with a project team to deliver excellent quality output.
Qualifications
- 3 + years programming experience C++, C#, Java or Objective-C;
- Minimum of 6-8 months commercial experience developing applications for the iPhone;
- Excellent time management skills;
- An avid computer gamer;
- With excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Flash Developer
Job Description
- Develops applications and games for the web and mobile devices using Adobe Flash.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation, user training and maintenance of Flash and ActionScript-based components and interactive applications;
- Develops new games, interactions, animations, and applications to clients specifications;
- Coordinates with project managers on project details, estimates, timelines, recommendations, executions, and updates on the project assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in Flash, ActionScript 2/3, Flex, Javascript, CSS and HTML;
- Must be adept at Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks and Dreamweaver programs;
- Must be knowledgeable in C#, ASP.Net, PHP and other web programming languages;
- Preferably with game development experience;
- Background in basic video editing and sound editing is desired.
Unity 3D Developer
Job Description
- Creates applications and games using Unity 3D for different platforms: web, PC, Mac, and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad and Android).
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates the scope of functional requirements and helps the business team in estimating project costs;
- Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of Unity 3D applications and games;
- Constantly communicates with all project team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-8 months commercial experience developing applications and games for the web, PC, Mac, and mobile devices using Unity 3D;
- Experience developing multi-player games is an advantage;
- Must be highly knowledgeable in using Physics Component;
- Has excellent time management skills.
C++ Programmer
Job Description
- Develops software applications and games using C++.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation, user training and maintenance of C++-based modules and applications;
- Develops applications, games, and/or scripts to clients specifications;
- Coordinates with project managers on project details, estimates, timelines, recommendations, executions, and updates on the project assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent software engineering and OOP skills;
- At least 1-2 years experience in C/C++ OOP;
- Preferably with experience in game development and graphics programming (DirectX and/or OpenGL);
- Basic knowledge in 3D programming is an advantage;
- Quick learner and has the passion to learn more through research.
Smartfoxserver Developer (project-based engagement)
Job Description
- Responsible for the backend implementation of multiplayer games using Java technology/Smartfoxserver.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the architecture, design and backend implementation of one or more multiplayer game projects;
- Evaluates the scope of functional requirements and helps the business team in estimating project costs;
- Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of Java-based applications;
- Works closely with a Game Producer/Project Manager and Designer to execute solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in backend/frontend Java programming; experience in Smartfoxserver development desired;
- Strong Java skills, OOP and problem solving skills;
- Strong database design and SQL knowledge;
- Extensive experience with Flash/AS3, Java & MySQL integration;
- Comfortable working in a Linux + PHP + MySQL environment.
Android Developer
Job Description
- Develops applications and games for Android-based mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and porting applications for Android devices;
- Evaluates the scope of functional requirements and helps the business team in estimating project costs;
- Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of Android applications;
- Works closely with a Project Manager and Designer to execute solutions.
Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Computer Science or any IT-related course;
- 3 + years programming experience using Java (Core Java / J2ME);
- Familiar with Android SDK, Middleware and APIs;
- Minimum of 6-8 months commercial experience developing applications for the Android or any mobile application on any platform.
Web Developer
Job Description
- Develops web-based applications, desktop applications, and database-driven websites; implements web layout enhancements as may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Implements web layout enhancements as may be required;
- Works on several developmental frameworks and databases following industry standards;
- Participates in processes concerning architecture of new applications to meet client needs; create documents, provides estimations on projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Web best practices, accessibility and usability;

2D / 3D Graphic Artist
Job Description
- Creates all 2D and 3D graphics requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for concept development, execution and roadmap of all creative deliverables;
- Utilizes tools and technology to create rich and compelling designs for websites, application interfaces, and other materials;
- Provides accurate assessment of time required for work requests.
Qualifications
- A graduate of Fine Arts, Computer Science, IT, or any related field of interest;
- At least 2 years experience in graphic design, illustration, typography and animation;
- Advance skills in Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator, Flash and HTML is required;
- Preferably with 3D graphics design skills using 3D Studio Max, Maya, or any related software;
- Excellent visualization skills with the ability to articulate concepts and ideas.
QA Specialist
Job Description
- Executes test plans, implements QA practices and procedures, and provides accurate and timely reports as needed;
- Participates in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing;
- Works with project team throughout development life cycle, recommends changes and enhancements in the existing process whenever applicable.
Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Computer Science or any IT-related course;
- At least one year relevant experience;
- Strong software quality and /or engineering background,with understanding SDLC methodology;
- Excellent in problem solving analysis, troubleshooting, project management, analytical thinking, time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation and organization skills;
- Ability to work in a minimal supervision environment on an individual level as well as team level;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Copywriter
Job Description
- Ensure editorial content is written and presented in a format that meets web usability standards and is consistent with company information design guidelines;
- Create product and promotional copy for all website and online marketing efforts including repurposed content and original writing;
- Collaborate with web team members to enhance website functionality and develop innovative ways to effectively meet customer needs;
- Actively participate and contribute to web team's creativity, efficiency and accomplishment of broad goals and policies identified by the web team;
- Update text on company website;
- Perform any other duties essential to web content development.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience with proven web writing and editing skills including product descriptions and promotional copy;
- Knowledgeable in usability standards and practices;
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines;
